Overview ESI is seeking a motivated Construction Assistant to join our dynamic team.
This role involves providing support across various construction activities to ensure the successful completion of our projects.
Responsibilities oManaging the maintenance, repair, towing, replacement, and disposal of fleet vehicles.
oOversee and manage ESI's apprenticeship program.
That includes but is not limited to scheduling, preparing, and screening applicant files.
oPlanning, directing, managing, coordinating, and supervising operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
oDocumentation:
Assist in record-keeping and documentation tasks.
Requirements oPrevious experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory oBasic understanding of construction oStrong work ethic and willingness to learn oProficient in clear and effective communication, adept at collaborating within a team environment while demonstrating the capability to work autonomously We offer very competitive compensation packages including bonuses, paid time off, medical and dental benefits, 401k, and profit sharing! The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
