6K a year 5 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago Maintain several residential and commercial properties in Southeastern Massachusetts A short commute from both Boston and Providence Description of Position We are expanding and seeking a full-time skilled maintenance technician to help maintain several residential and commercial properties in the Southeastern Massachusetts Area.
We need a technician to look for possible issues that we can fix before it's too late, someone that's eager to come to work and make a difference.
Responsibilities include:
General maintenance in both a commercial and residential setting.
Painting and light carpentry.
Moving objects such as office equipment and household items.
Some projects may need to be done on weekends or after normal business hours.
Wages are determined by skill set.
Benefits include Health Insurance, 403B retirement contributions, vacations, fuel reimbursement.
Requirements Experience in property maintenance is key; plumbing and/or electrical experience a plus.
Must possess own vehicle (pickup or SUV preferred).
We will provide training to candidates that possess good organizational skills and effective written and verbal communication skills along with computer competency.
Time management is important to each project big or small.
