We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial property and casualty insurance as well as experience in endorsements, proposals, renewals, and policy analysis.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and efficiently.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.3. Prepare and present proposals, renewals, and endorsements to clients.4. Conduct detailed policy analysis, ensuring all policies are accurate, up-to-date, and meet the client's needs.5. Provide exceptional customer service, handling all inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.6. Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes, and use this knowledge to provide clients with the best possible advice and service.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3
years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in account management.2. Proven experience in commercial property and casualty endorsements, proposals, renewals, and policy analysis.3. Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information to clients.5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed policy analysis and provide tailored insurance solutions.6. Knowledge of current industry trends and changes.7. Ability to work well in a team, with a strong focus on providing a seamless service experience for clients.8. High level of professionalism, with the ability to handle all client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.9. Proven ability to manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring all client needs are met.10.
