Responsibilities:
Work directly with our 60 retail locations to book appointments for tires and servicesAnswer incoming phone calls while providing high-quality customer serviceHandle a high volume of internet communication, including e-mails and live chatsDevelop and maintain effective sales practicesHandle customer questions and concerns in a quick and effective mannerBuild and maintain relationships with team members, co-workers from other divisions, and customersConstantly strive to find new and inventive ways to improve the companyTake on new and innovative projects outside standard responsibilities when the opportunity or need arisesJob Requirements:
Strong customer service focusCreative, open-minded, and resourcefulPassionate, enthusiastic, and determinedActive listening skillsMaintain a flexible schedule (some weekends required)Tire/automotive knowledge preferred Strong written & oral communication skills and grammarPunctualRetail and/or customer service experience preferred

$14-$16/hour plus monthly and quarterly incentives.
